I certainly identify with everyone that craves bread in their diet. After
going to a nutrition counselor because of severe GI reactions I experienced
following eating in restaurants, it was determined that I have severe
allergies to wheat, fermented foods, and dairy products. I have been on a
gluten free diet for almost a year and feel much better. I would love to
have an alternative to rice crackers. Does anyone have a bread recipe that
does not contain wheat, yeast and diary products? Any products on the
market? TIA.
