In order to be on a 100% gluten free diet one has to read lables and hope
they are listing all ingredients. Call the manufactures and hope they are
telling you the truth.
I have little faith in our FDA. Having been in
the food industry for over twenty years I've learned the motto "When out
of one (or more) ingredient(s)...... subsitute....." And they do not change
the listing on the lable!!!!!I truly believe, unless you eat only what you
grow, that you consume gluten each and every day of your life.
