I recently saw reference made in a posting to "refractory sprue."  What  does
this mean? Someone mentioned it is celiac disease which is not responsive to a
GF diet.  If so, approximately what percentage of those with celiac disease do
not respond to a GF diet?  Is there treatment available for them and what is
their prognosis?
