Here is a summary of the reponses to my question about my reaction I had
when I was camping recently:

Reason's I had a reaction:
* Fruits and Vegetables were not washed completely.
* Mold had gotten on the gluten-free bread after several days of storage.
* Xanthum Gum used in the G-F baked goods.
* Unhealthy stuff that could have been in the thermosbottle.
* Contamination from cosmetics, or toothpaste.
* Cross Contamination
* Rice Flour was contaminated with Gluten flour
* Caught an Infection from Giardia ( well or stream water when brushing
          teeth, or washing dishes could have had this), Cyclospora, or
          Food Poisoning.
* Developed another food allergy/intolerance
* Contamination from bug spray
* Lean Hamburger contains gluten filler
* Meat not kept cool enough
* Celiac can make you more susceptable to some other bacteria
* Baked item kept out of refig. long enough to spoil

Suggestions of what to do:
* check with doctor about possible infection
* do an elimination diet
* go back to the basic's
* buy sirloin, and grind into your own Hamburger meat

I would like to thank the list again, all the response's were a great
support. If anyone one else has anything to add, please let me know.
