Is it possible for me to get the name and e-mail address (or other address)
of the San Francisco holistic/raw foods dentist?

I need some major dental work, but had such bad experiences with dentists
and dental specialists, over a many-year period, that I stopped looking for
anyone to do the work.  But avoiding what needs to be done is not the
answer either.

One of my main criteria is that the dentist/specialist be holistic.
Although I have come across dentists who are holistic* (none to my liking
so far), I haven't found even one speciallist who is holistic.  I will need
a prosthodontist and an implants specialist.

*The so-called holistic dentists I have been to include one whose mouth
rinse contained saccharin!  And another who said he would much rather be a
professional baseball player (a preference which was reflected in his work
and chairside manner).  A third "holistic" dentist was quite haphazard,
rushing out one time to catch a movie, not bothering to check the fit of a
temporary bridge he had glued in for me.

I live in NYC.
