I bought an electric pasta maker today. I tried Bette Hagman's recipe for
homemade pasta. I didn't care for that recipe at all. I found the taste very
bland and the "texture" was slimy and tough. Does anyone know where I can
get information, or may have a recipe for home made pasta (gluten free)that
they could share with me? I am also corn intolerant...but I usually adjust
recipes (potato starch for corn starch) accordingly.
