I've just been diagnosed with Celiac. I've lost 25 lbs in the last seven
months. I'm now starting on the Gluten Free diet and I feel better. However,
as I move through this transition, it seems to me that my blood sugar levels
are off. Has anyone else expereinced this when they switched over to the
Gluten free diet?
(In November they ran tests and determined I wasn't diabetic)
