i suggest eating some food:
1) find food that tastes good, make a project, go shopping, try all the
different kinds until you find ones that you like ... and eat them as long
as they taste good. Try all kinds including soaked nuts.
2) exercise. Builds body and make food taste good too.
3) high colonics may be able to help you if your colon has become clogged
and isn't able to absorb alot of the food. You can feel a big difference
after 1 or a few.
