No, I am not. I have only anecdotal evidence
of this. But I think that it is plausible. And
Mrs. Burger teached the people to wash dirty salads
ASAP when it arrives, not before eating, so that
the micro-organisms have time to rebuild.

Yes. And maybe the fruits and vegetables where much
'emptier' than the ones in India.
