What if you're not eating organic foods? Will conventionally grown fruits
and vegs create a "toxin" problem?
Also, Laurie, you've said (I think) to avoid concentrated sources of protein
such as beans and other legumes. But are not beans something found in
nature? Why would nature have put them there if they're bad to eat?
