When cooking gluten-free pasta please use LOTS of boiling water. Each
different brand will state on the package what the cooking time will
be for that particular brand of pasta. Set a timer for 1 minute LESS
than what the package states. Start timing the pasta as soon as it
goes into the boiling water. Taste test when the timer goes off and
adjust cooking time if needed or to suit your taste.

Drain and rinse in HOT water. Do not add oil to the pasta water as
you may have done in the past. This will cause the pasta to become
gooey...the sauce will not stick to the pasta when oil is used either.
