Does anyone have dessert recipes which were formulated to be flourless,
NOT converted from gluten to GF flours.
One example is the flourless torte. So far I have found one recipe that I
hope to try: Gateau au chocolat in "From Julia Child's Kitchen". It doesn't
seem as rich as the Queen Mother chocolate cake in "Against the Grain" by
Jax Peters Lowell.
