Need suggestions concerning gluten-free food for a newly-diagnosed
16-month-old girl who is not eating and needs nourishment. My wife recently
fielded this call and asked me to post this to the list. Does anyone know
about a pediatric version of Ensure (brand name Pedisure?). If so is it
known to be gluten-free and how was its gluten-free status confirmed?

Thanks for the help. Please reply to list or email to me
([log in to unmask]). While I am not a celiac, I think I appreciate the
challenges of dealing with a gluten-free diet as much as a non-celiac can,
since my wife was diagnosed 15-20 years ago and currently is one of the main
contacts in the Kansas City area for newly diagnosed celiacs.
