Not really.  I just spread pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, olives,
green pepper, red pepper, zucchini, etc. on top of a corn tortilla
and shred some mozarella cheese over it...just like you would for
any old pizza.  Sometimes I run them through the microwave;
sometimes I heat them in the oven.  Sometimes I eat them like
tacos; sometimes I eat them with a fork.  Sometimes I make just
one 'little pizza' (that's what we call them) and sometimes I
stack one on top of another.
 
As for sandwiches, I usually run the tortilla through the microwave
for just a few seconds to soften it.  Then I put whatever I want
on it (once I tried peanut butter and jelly...but didn't like it
that much) and fold/roll the tortilla.
