If it is diaper rash at all.  Our first child (not a celiac) had what we
thought was diaper rash.  It wouldn't go away no matter what we tried or used.
Finally at the doctors office the doctor said it was a yeast infection, gave
us a trial size sample of medicine and it was gone in a couple days.
 
It may or may not really be related to CD.
