Lundberg Farms makes a whole series of Rice Crackers - large pancake sized
crackers  and small silver-dollar sized mini-rice-cakes.  My celiac son has
been eating the "popcorn-rice" large size crackers, and the 100% rice
mini-cakes for over a year without a problem.  I find these at most health-food
stores.  When we travelled to the midwest, the stores there had them, so I
suspect they have national distribution.
