Bob,

Please do not take the following points as an attack on your posting, but
I need to make some points about the product list. Normally, I would send
this as a personal note and work out the differences before posting to the
List.

I have not read all of the ingredients on the products lately, but most
are very good candidates. Here are my problems with the list

Ingredients change too often, anything over 12 months is very risky. Many
products must be checked every three to six months.

Post may no longer consider their products GF. I am not sure if it is an
ingredient change or that they are taking the easy way out. Also, I do
not remember their Corn Flakes as being GF within the last 4 years.

Thanks, especially for giving your source and the associated dates.

I am unable to contact Post by phone, this week. If someone would
follow-up on their cereals, it would be appreciated.

Regards,
