I found the following article in a newsgroup. I have corresponded with Jack
and he asked that I repost his request here. If anybody wishes to share

A number of nutritional treatments for arthritis have been reported in the
medical literature, including fish oils, B vitamins, and capsaicin cream. If
you have used some sort of "alternative" treatment for general aches and
pains, or arthritis, I'd like to hear about your experience for possibly
inclusion in a national magazine article.
