The $300 Zo is the S-15.  It has a kneading bar, and is programable.  The
$149 version at Best is the Q-15, which lacks both.  They are not the same
machine.  I believe that when people are discussing the Zo in connection
with GF bread, they are referring to the $300 version.  Please correct me
on this, if I'm wrong.
