Yes, many brands of marshmallows should be fine.  KIDDS brand (and all 20 some
brands they produce and package) are OK.  Our 1st grader had a tour  of the
place where KIDDS is made (with a school group), up the road 40 miles or so from
us.  The coating that is on them is corn starch as is any starch that is in them
(KIDDS brand and those packaged by them).  I don't have a package or phone
number here but they are on the bags.  They were more than helpful with looking
the information up then calling there lab to verify it.  We have given them to
our 2 year old celiac with no problems (I know this isn't scientific but...).
