Thanks for the info but the definition of low gluten and your recipe are
differ.  Low gluten would need to contain wheat.  But if your priest
allows you to use your wafer. I say go for it.  I will write again for a
clear statement and hopefully they will allow all individuals with
special diets to provide their special breads.  The church has approved
for years the use of grape juice instead of wine for people with
alcoholism.
 
This comes at a great time, as I hope to be a part of the Pope's visit
to NJ.  Anyone interested in tickets to his visit, please contact me, I
