I am traveling slowly by car from Los Angeles to Dallas and back, and
would like to visit the health food stores and restaurants that those on
gluten-free (and lactose-free) diets have found helpful. I hope to shop
and eat in Phoenix, Tucson, El Paso, Amarillo, Albuquerque, Flagstaff
and anywhere in between if it's not more than 30 minutes from the
interstate (or the business leg of the interstate). I will write up
my experiences for those on this list. Thank you.
