Our daughter drinks and used soy milk as her source of protein. She ingests
approximately 1 qt. or more daily, as she now eats/drinks 6 small meals daily
and besides celiac she is also hypoglycemic. She used Pacific Lite Non Dairy
Beverage only 1% fat PLAIN (not vanilla). It is gluten free according to the
manufacturer in July 1995. Kelly is extremely sensitive and can absorbe this
product. In fact she is now starting to absorbe nutrition for the first time
since Dec. 1993. This soy milk can be substituted in all recipies except
making ice cream. The ingredients list is Filtered water, whole organic
soybeans, brown rice syrup (brown rice, water). Tricalcum phosphate, sea
salt, carrageenan, vitamin A palmitate, riboflavin B2, vitamin D2. Produced
by: Pacific Foods of Oregon, Inc. Tualatin, Oregon 97062 USA I called the
operator for the phone number.
If anyone needs more info. just privately write back.
