I don't know about testing in Phoenix but I did contact a lady in Tucson
just this last Saturday about knowledgeable doctors in Tucson.  I have
a daughter living there who is also looking for a Dr.  I have the Dr.'s
name at home.  I will give you the name of the lady I spoke with who
is associated with a sprue group in Tucson.  The name:  Pat Ewing
(602) 297-1834.  She was very helpful and could give you the same info
that she relayed to me if you cannot locate someone in Phoenix.  Pls
contact me if you cannot reach Pat and I will give you the Dr.'s name.
