Bette Hagman's cookbooks can be ordered at any bookstore.  They're also
sold (usually at a slight discount) by numerous mail order companies,
including Dietary Specialities, Miss Robens and Basco. I have the Basco
order form here, which has them for quite a good price, $10.95 for the
first and $11.95 for the second (in paperback.)  Their number is 1-800-
MY-BREAD. (Of course, the shipping charge defeats the discount, unless
you're ordering other stuff anyway.)

I've never seen her GF flour mix sold as a mix, people usually mix it
themselves--it's just rice flour, potato starch flour and tapioca flour.
You can get those from Dietary Specialties among other places.
