I've got a number of copies of my cookery book available for review by celiac
 groups - anywhere in the world.

Please send me details of your group - and a postal address and a telephone
 number. (I cannot guarantee a copy to everyone that asks)

When I started on the Gluten-free cookery book the only effective route to
 distributing information was to join forces with a book publisher and get a
 book into the bookshops.

Now they are understandably reluctant for me to publish the entire book over
 the INTERNET.

But they have agreed to more exerpts being published on web pages.
