I'm sorry I haven't reponded to your first message, Karen. The
kits are available from The Gluten-free Pantry, phone # 203-633-3826.
They are quite expensive, around $50 for 6 tests.

The GFP is also the best source I know for bread mixes. Unfortunately,
all of their products are quite expensive. They're located in
Connecticut (USA).
