I have been a flyer of Continenal, United, Delta, and most recently North
West. I have had both good and bad experiences on one an all. My most
recent flight to China on North West, One meal I was served a rice cake
and the rest ot the meal appeared gluten free and presented no
problems. The second meal I was served some type of role, which I
avoided but the rest of the meal was fine. On the way back, while the
meal appeared fine and I was not served anything that appeared to have
gluten, I got very sick in flight. So while the food may appear gluten
free, if not prepared correctly and who knows!
