Couple of other tips on the above meal. Cut meat before leaving if you have a
large group. Second, top with frozen mixed vegatables instead of fresh. Don't
have to cut them and they help keep things cold in the cooler until you need
them. Not gourmet, but hey, you're camping. ;-) I actually use this for my
home Chinese meals as well.
