The listserv has a digest option that sends you one message a day. All the
mail received by the server in the past 24 hours is included in a single
file, meaning you just get one big mail message instead of many individual
ones.

To get the digest, send the following command to [log in to unmask]

set celiac digest

Just remember if you're replying to a digest message to edit the response
so you don't post the entire previous day's news back to the list.
