Hi,
As I am weeding out the few remaining gluten-containing foods in my
young son's diet, I decided to nix the caramel-colored Aunt Jemima
syrup. I bought some pure maple syrup. Well, Andy won't have it.
He just won't eat it. (I have to admit that I also prefer the "fake"
syrups to pure maple syrup :-).)
Does anyone know of a standard-brand maple style syrup that is GF (and
casein-free, too, but I doubt they contain casein). Everything I've
looked at has caramel color or malt flavor; are any of these safe?
