That's weird, I don't see any reason to do that. On my machine there is a
dough cycle and a separate bake cycle, but there's also a number of others
that do the whole thing, with various kneading, resting, and baking times.
and it only cost $75.
It seems like a wonderful maching to me (I got one this weekend also, the
last one left at Walmart.) and even though i haven't yet made any good bread
(the last one develpoed a pot hole like depression in the middle), I'm very
pleased with it and it's prgrammability.
