On my last British Airways flight the GF meal had toast or crackers as I
recall.  The rest of the meal was really GF though.  As always, WE are res-
ponsible for what we eat.

I find the surest way to handle air travel is to order the fruit plate.  ANd
ignore the crackers that usually come along for the ride.
