To answer Laura and anyone elese who was wondering what the "Wonderslim" in
the brownie recipe is, it is a fat replacement liquid made from fruit and
lecithin.  You can find it in most health food stores, and occasionally in
the health food aisles of regular supermarkets.  I have not checked with
the mfr to see if it is GF, but the ingredients themselves are.
 
Now back to the hundred-odd CELIAC-L messages that have accumulated in my
mailbox since I last looked!
