Yes, SAS used to be better. Having an extreme casein-intolerance, I
usually order lactose-free meals. I keep on being disappointed by getting
butter (!), regular cakes, meat fried in butter (you can taste it), chese,
chocolate etc.
I don't remember if I have ever tried Finnair, but I have gotten sick by
KLM, BA, Malev, Singapore airlines, Delta,...
 
i get sick EVERY time I eat flight dishes. Maybe you simply tolerate more
before getting ill? Or maybe GF is better than the 'lactose-free' meals?
Part of my problem naturally is that I relly want casein-free and not
lactose-free. I will try the GF next time and see (perhaps even taste).
