Let's say the rate of MS in a population is 1/1000. Let's say the celiac
rate is 1/500. "Celiacs are high in MS rate" means that instead of a 1/1000
rate of MS among Celiacs, there is 1/700 or so. Just a guess.
" MSers high in Celiac" means instead of a rate of 1/500 MSers having
Celiac's, they have a higher rate, say 1/300, just a guess.
Note 1/300 is a higher rate than 1/500. Think about it. Convert each to
decimals.
