Bory,
Thank for the very informative information on the Speaker. I especially
agreed about the connection between diagnosis and co-operation of
manufacturers. In Canada it is a similar situation. Very few people have
every heard of the disease let alone know what it is. If more cases were
being caught and not-misdiagnosed we'd get the attention of these
manufacturers that seem to want to put gluten in just about everything.
Have a great day! My hope is that someday it will be well-known enough
that most restaurants will have gluten-free entrees on their menus.
