Has anyone had problems with breadmaking machines when using lactose free
milk instead of regular or powdered milk.  We use rice and tapioca flour
and since I have just been diagnosed as Lactose Intolerant as well as
Gluten I.  The bread does not seem to rise as well.  Any solutions?
