Hi Mary C. I also have some respiratory problems.. more along the line
of if I eat wheat then my asthma becomes reactive to other substances,
also, I get a throat infection every time I eat wheat (no so for Rye,
Oats, Barley). I used to get type C throat infections all the time wen I
was undiagnosed, now I rarely get them, and usually it's during the time
when the wheat flowers or is harvested. Another plant to really watch
out for is Rape or Canola. I have met and talked to allot of people who
have trouble with this grain.
