I use San-J Wheat-free Tamari and like it even better than the wheat
brewed soy sauces with which I used to cook. This is one case in which
our GF product is actually an improvement over other options!
I have been on the list now for about six weeks and am really enjoying
the input and ideas I have found here. It feels great to have so much of
my own experience validated through the shared experiences of others.
I also appreciate all the info on products and resources posted here.
