My father has Celiac and my mother has invested in a bread machine.  She
makes loaf after loaf of gluten-free bread which my father now goes nuts for
(it sure beats that tapioca bread crud!).  My mother buys bread mixes from a
mail-order company that also sells gluten-free mixes for cookies, muffins,
pancakes, the works; apparently they all taste good.  If anyone is interested
I can get the name/number of the company (has it already been posted?).
