I'll be traveling to Boca Raton, Fl, Cincinnati,OH, and Deer Creek,OH in
April.  Do you have any suggestions
        *for restaurants (casual/fine dining and quick eats)
        *stores to purchase bread (fresh or frozen) and cereal

P.S.  SOME SAN DIEGO SUGGESTIONS:

1.  In and Out Burger - order protein burger (hamburger wrapped in
			lettuce) double check that it is not wrapped on
			top of bun crumbs cheese is OK french fries are
			OK

2.  El Torito (casual)  Fajitas are OK on corn tortilla order white rice

3.  Trader Joe's (grocery store chain) fresh, room temerature bread -
			good Food for Life Rice Almond
