FAQ writers get their information from what other people post to the
newsgroup and send to the FAQ writer. I'm hoping some of our medically
astute subscribers will send her some corrected info.

More importantly, after posting I realized I should have passed on some
more analysis.  i.e.  There is a section on diagnosing IBS.  It is a
*default* diagnosis and is done by eliminating other possibilities.
However, the tests used to rule out other conditions do not include any
test specific for celiac disease!!
