When I put the etc. in the ingredients in Oscar Meyer weiners (pork &
turkey), I meant the rep. said natural flavors meant things like garlic
and herbs.  She said the exact flavors were a trade secret, but no
gluten.  (My son is not a celiac, but seems gluten-sensitive--so far,
Oscar Meyer HDs haven't been a problem).  I wonder why you asked about
beef broth, as it isn't an ingredient here--I usually try to avoid it,
because he's allergic to MSG.  I'm afraid to find out any more
information--pretty soon we'll be eating air burgers!
