Don, thank you for a very informative posting.  I do not believe all Celiacs
have thin hair (I don't and an Aunt with Celiac does not), however, I do
have slightly thinner hair than my genes account for (both parents have hair
about the thickness of horse's hair).  I would like to see further research
into this as every symptom we can give the Doctors of the world will help
them find us sooner.
