Julie-What is your source of information about the gluten in flu vaccine?
Your posting may explain why my first and only severe episode of hives
occurred last fall at about the same time (regrettably, I can only establish
coincidence within plus or minus two weeks) as I received my third annual
flu shot. My lactose tolerance also deteriorated at about that time, and I
felt generally lousy. I have no adverse reaction to eggs. If there is gluten
in flu shots, you have identified an important issue for many of us. Thanks.
