The best way to save your email is to move them to other folders within
Outlook. This saves the email, and also removes it from your inbox.
Just create new folders from within Outlook with names to categorize
your topics. There are already several folders including inbox, outbox,
drafts, junk, and sent. Once you have created new folders, then just
hit the shortcut for "move" tab to your folders box, and hit enter on
the one you want to eamil to go to.
