Hi: Maybe this is not an NVDA problem. As you know, our computers
are an interconnected bunch of software and hardware so any
combination of items may cause a problem.
In my case, when I visit that web page using NVDA, FireFox, Windows 10
most recent, it is very clearly all there and available.
What was your experience with Windows narrator, did you try that?
I am personally not using Edge I've noodled around with it and it
doesn't strike my fancy just now.
I could also mention here that there is a specific NVDA list where
topics discuss NVDA and various issues, problems and experiences.
You'll find the home page for the group at
https://nvda.groups.io/g/nvda
There is a daily digest that's available so your inbox doesn't get
cluttered with individual postings and I've found interesting content
is available in the group.
Hope this helps or, at least steers you in a direction toward a better
experience.
