Hi all,
Thanks to my computer guy, Rick, who connected remotely to me, using
team viewer, for helping me with this, and I was able to take a note on
how to do it, if I ever have this problem again, because this one was a
first time problem for me, see below.
what to do when the speaker will not give speech
step 1. Plug in the speaker to another device and see if you get audio.
step 2. If you get audio then there's a problem between the computer and
the speaker, so, plug in the headset again, then go to the next step.
step 3. press the windows key and type sndvol and press enter.
step 4. Then, tab down to unmute speakers button, and press spacebar,
and you now should have your speech back through your speaker!
