I had a couple minutes which I don't have that many of these days, so,
for the heck of it, I did a google search for
complete control Android voice
and I found the 1st result was very interesting.
The article was updated on July 29, 2017, to say that you do not need to
download and install the XDA app.
I would think that by using the Voice Access app, for speaking to your
Android device, and using talkback, for your Android screen reader, you
would have complete control over your Android device.
So, if anyone tries the Voice Access app on your Android device, let us
know if you do indeed, have complete control of it using just your voice.
